RoseRyan Names Kelley Wall Director

Wall to spearhead new-product strategy for the Silicon Valley consulting firm

Newark, Calif., March 19, 2013 — RoseRyan today announced that Kelley Wall, a leader of its highly regarded technical accounting area, has been named a director. Wall, who has worked at RoseRyan since 2005, will add the responsibility of creating new-product strategy to her current role of leading the firm’s Technical Accounting Group (TAG).

“Kelley is a dynamo who has a keen sense of the operational challenges posed to companies by changes in the technical accounting and reporting landscape,” says Kathy Ryan, RoseRyan CEO and CFO.

“She will hone and lead our efforts to be a leader in providing strategic finance services to public and private companies. Kelley’s experience leading our TAG group has ideally positioned her for this new role at RoseRyan,” adds Ryan. “She’s smart and incredibly savvy. Kelley’s been on the front lines of helping our clients navigate today’s world of messy, complex accounting. I know she’ll be effective in taking on this new product strategy role, and I’m very excited for her to step into this important part of our consulting business.”

Says Wall: “I’m looking forward to shaping RoseRyan’s services and exploring new opportunities as we respond to the field’s ever-increasing changes and developments. We’ll be looking at expanding our core services, while still focusing on practical business solutions, to create the firm’s evolving product roadmap.”
